DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Signalbash infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). To be effective, your notification must include specific information as required by the DMCA. Please direct all DMCA notifications to our Designated Agent:
Required Information for DMCA Notices
Your DMCA notice must include all of the following information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are being referenced, a representative list of such works on signalbash.com.
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on signalbash.com, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material (e.g., URLs of the infringing content).
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If material you posted on Signalbash was removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice if you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification. To be valid, your counter-notice must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on signalbash.com.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Portland, Oregon if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
After Submission of a Counter-Notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who submitted the original DMCA notice. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the material, we will replace or cease disabling access to the material that was removed.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Signalbash maintains a policy to terminate services, in appropriate circumstances, to users who are repeat copyright infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to our services to any users who infringe intellectual property rights.
Modifications to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. We will post any changes to this policy on this page and, if the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice.
